Nvidia directory

During spring cleaning, I found a lot of space available under C:\Program Data\NVIDIA Coporation\NetService. There are 2.81GB of files there—about 2.81GB of valuable SSD storage. Even though I usually remove the older drivers, do I really need to keep everything in this folder?

Remove the NVIDIA driver, restart your system, and verify the folder remains. If present, erase it and then install the latest version—likely successful.

When you set up a brand new copy with every new driver, the previous version should automatically be removed.

It maintains backups of previous versions in program files and NVIDIA Corp/installer2, it fetches them there, yet performs the installation independently.
