Hello, I'm experiencing issues with my PC after installing a new monitor (Alienware AW2725DF). I'm seeing constant black screens, lost signals, and corrupted images. I attached the file below for reference. The problem seems to occur mainly in games. I ran OCCT and FurMark tests for two hours without any errors or blackouts. Temperatures are normal, reaching up to 60°C under load (about 140°F). This issue tends to happen when the monitor is pushed to its limits at 360Hz or 240Hz. I noticed it was similar to what happened with my older 180Hz IPS monitor, which developed problems after a few months.

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (version 10.0, Build 26100)
Language: English
Region: English
Manufacturer: ASRock
System Mode: B650M PG Riptide BIOS
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-core (~3.8GHz)
Memory: 32GB RAM available, 32GB RAM used (page file 23GB)
Windows Directory: C:\Windows
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI: 96 DPI (100%)
System DPI: 96 DPI (100%)
Monitor Name: Generic PnP Monitor
Model: AW2725DF
ID: DELA252

I've tried reinstalling drivers, updating Windows several times, reseating the GPU, changing cables four times (including a new 30$ cable), updating monitor firmware, disabling G-Sync, VRR, overlays, and adjusting BIOS PCIE mode. Despite these efforts, the problem persists.

It looks like you're experiencing issues with an older BIOS version. Update to the newest BIOS for better performance and support. Also, ensure your latest monitor drivers are installed. If you're using the most recent AMD chipset drivers, that should help. For more details, check the official AMD resources at the provided link.

Thank you for your response. The BIOS update didn't assist, and I'm using the newest AMD chipset drivers. The latest monitor drivers were installed recently, but I'm confused since the settings show 144Hz while the CRU indicates something different.

What graphics card model are you running? Have you experimented with another cable connection?

Received the Gainward RTX 4070 TI Phantom. Tested three various DP cables and two distinct GPU power cables.

Consider visiting a support center to have your graphics card evaluated on their hardware. This can help determine if the issue lies solely with the card itself. Be prepared to possibly incur costs for this testing.
