Hello, I'm looking at a PC setup with Windows and OS X (Hackintosh using OpenCore). I'm curious if anyone has tried running a second AMD GPU for OS X to get proper driver support, while keeping the main card as a Windows primary. You mentioned using SSDT editing to freeze the main card and run OS X with the secondary AMD card. I'm considering getting a budget low-end AMD card to achieve this and see if it helps with acceleration. Any advice or insights would be appreciated.

They’re no longer referred to as OSX anymore since it’s now version 12, right? System 12? Yeah, whatever. I’d just include both, because MacOS doesn’t have any Nvidia drivers these days.
