It's frustrating dealing with the same problem again. I fixed it with a different version, but I don't think your situation is the same.

Failed to apply initially, but after further setup I observed the issue persists even after rebooting with all drivers and Windows updates. Event ID 56 APCI 2 was recorded.

Open your BIOS settings and search for "C-States," turning them off while enabling "Power Loading." These options are typical on Gigabyte motherboards. Restart the system and see if the issue resolves. This suggestion was updated on September 1, 2023 by ItTakes2ToMango.

You receive the identical outcome by using various DIM settings.

Have you considered another power supply unit? Perhaps someone else's might work. It could also be the motherboard itself.

Since this rig is brand new and lacks spare components like DDR5 memories or other processors, I believe the most practical choice is to take it to a repair shop. I’ll keep you informed; my friend there is just returning from vacation and will help troubleshoot the issue. Of course, I’ll cover the diagnostic costs—it’s a small price for fixing my Baby PC.

I asked them about it, they checked all parts and said it was the CPU. It meets benchmarks but fails in games. Running another identical CPU fixes the issue.

Really, it's confusing. The problem didn't match the usual signs of CPU issues. Good job solving it!

I’ll keep sending it to the warranty department and try it out once it arrives. I’m confident it will resolve all my issues.
