ntdll.dll System32
ntdll.dll System32
Updated and completed all suggested steps, but the game still won’t launch. I believe it’s linked to Windows Event 56 APCI 2. Good morning everyone, sorry for the confusion, but I really need assistance. System: MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Gaming X 16G GDDR6 DLSS3 Intel Core i9-13900K 24-core 2.2GHz (Turbo 5.8GHz) 36MB SKT1700 ATX, Gigabyte Z790 UD AX RAM G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000MHz CL40 SSD M.2 2280 WD_Green SN350 2TB QLC NAND NVMe PCIe Gen 3.0x4. Issue: Whenever I run it, it crashes into video memory error. I checked the Event Viewer and found a problem in NTDLL.DLL. I’ve installed Windows Media Creation Tool, used online tools to reset the PC and even tried Rufus. The issue keeps happening during every installation, even when playing games like Valorant and League of Legends. I’ve run various fixes—SFC scans, regedit edits, DISM commands—and even ran antivirus to rule out malware. It’s frustrating because my PC is crucial to me, and I don’t have enough parts to replace it. Please help, I really appreciate your support.
PSU? It seems the newest chipset and nVidia drivers should already be set up...
It's an EVGA G5 Supernova 750W 80 Plus Gold modular power supply.
And sorry, I didn't address the driver question. They handled both a clean install and a recent update. I used Ccleaner Pro trial for drivers instead of Gigabyte Control Center, and I also needed the Intel chip step installer since it didn’t fetch everything properly. The Device Manager worked without issues.
Use DDU graphics drivers in safe mode and restart the system—avoid cleaning software like ccleaner, as it isn’t reliable this year.
PSU appears adequate and strong enough. Naturally I can't determine that. In my opinion, I don't think a special CCleaner is necessary at all, and for driver installation I prefer the official site of the device or chip manufacturer. Realtek for LAN cards, Gigabyte for sound cards, Intel for WLAN (or Realtek based on version), Intel for chipset, and NVIDIA from the graphics card are the right choices. The minor issue is... the WD Green SSD. It isn't the optimal option for this configuration, though... Avoid causing frustration while using your computer.
