You and others using Vonage that can't reach your landline must inform Vonage about the problem. The concern is that Vonage continues to classify your number as an internal one, which prevents it from being directed to the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
Thank you for your reply. I no longer use Vonage. I’ve moved to Xfinity for my phone service and informed Vonage about the change when I switched providers.
