You're receiving alerts about antivirus protection that appear unexpectedly when your PC starts up. It seems to be triggered by the system launching, not by any manual activation. Since you've already enabled Windows Defender and it's not the cause, consider checking your antivirus settings or running a system scan to rule out interference.

I experienced a slow startup after upgrading my laptop, especially on the desktop side. The boot process would show a message because the startup apps were loading slowly, such as antivirus. After a fresh installation, the issue disappeared.

The same issue occurs with me too. What’s the process for a clean install? Where can I get the ISO file, and is that sufficient?

If you go to Update and Security there is a recovery section. Click on reset PC go through it. That will achieve a perfect clean installation without the need to make an ISO. I think it makes a partition on your main drive and installs an auto ISO and does everything for you. It's very quick and easy to do. All my stuff is fine now I just need to install all my stuff again. Edit: No idea what I have done but's doing it again in the same way. It might be MPC-HC or SVP. Maybe one of the Windows distributable. Oh well I am sure it will be fixed in the upcoming updates.
