I included a link to two videos showing the spikes—one where they appear and another where they don’t. It’s strange that on the same PC, sometimes I get frame rate spikes and other times it runs smoothly.

operating system : win11

Is this the PSU you own?
https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/psu...s-...9020048-na
If yes, discard it and choose a stable PSU with at least 650W for your system. Don't use a green-labeled CX600 in a build, even if it's brand new.
