Yes, you can follow that process using Hiren. It involves booting from the D drive, transferring all data to D, reformatting C, installing Windows there, and then swapping back.

Yes. If you have space available it must be big. You can see properties on users folder and see size.

You'd retain the same folder names during a bulk copy, but the drive's size is limited. It should hold around 175 GB at most.
