nothing is powering on pls help

I previously worked on a build and the feedback suggested the power supply might be faulty. Now with a replacement, it still doesn’t power on. It’s unclear if the motherboard is dead or if the CPU was damaged. The only time the board functioned was briefly when I powered it on for a split second, which made the fans work. That observation could be useful in diagnosing the issue. I’m heading to college soon and need this setup fixed urgently. When no power appears through two separate PSUs, I’d suspect the board is the issue (provided you’ve already checked basic fixes like outlets, cables, and connections).

The BIOS seems up-to-date. Please verify each RAM module and ensure the front panel connectors are properly seated and functioning. It appears the power button might not be working—consider shorting its pins on the motherboard to test activation.

Do you have a separate graphics card installed? The 12100F needs a dedicated GPU since it lacks built-in graphics. Look for the silver circle on the motherboard—you should be able to remove it. You might also need to flash the BIOS, download the update to a USB drive, and install it into your PC. There should be a BIOS button available.
