AIO seems more suitable here, though I think skipping the cooler and GPU is a smart move unless you frequently host short-range LAN sessions with pals. Stock setup wouldn't work well. If you're overclocking, it might get a bit more but not much, given its compact build.

It’s included with plastic or tabs based on the model, which means its security isn’t as strong as other more recent aftermarket coolers in the same range.

I've checked an AIO but I'm leaning toward air cooling. The drive to my parents' place is roughly 20 minutes each week, and I'm considering a boxed PC. I'm thinking about getting a GPU with a bracket or similar so it won't cause issues later.

I'm not very familiar with coolers, but if you're concerned about size, the Noctua NH-L12S is a good option.
