Thanks for your feedback. Here’s what you should know:

1. After a factory reset, you can install Windows 11 on an external SSD. You’ll need to format the drive first and then reinstall the OS. You can do this using tools like Windows Installer or a recovery USB.

2. A factory reset typically clears BIOS settings, CPU data, and GPU information. If you want to keep your BIOS intact, consider using a bootable USB with a custom installation instead of just resetting.

Feel free to ask if you need more details before or after the reset!

When using Windows 10 and 11, you can restart the system without a full reinstall. You may not need to reboot at all—just open settings, go to System, and look for recovery options. Choose "Reset this computer" and decide whether to preserve your files or remove them. The OS will handle the reset itself. This action only affects the operating system, not the BIOS. For BIOS, focus on minor tweaks: turn on XMP/EXPO, enable 4K decoding, allow resizable bar, turn off CSM (often disabled by default), and ensure Secure Boot is enabled.
