You can use an RGB-controlled CPU cooling fan compatible with your ASUS Prime H610M-E D4. Since you have a single RGB header, look for fans that support Aura software control for smooth color management.

It's possible to use multiple RGB chassis fans with the AURA SYNC MB. You can have up to three fans connected through one RGB header. Three fans might be sufficient depending on your needs, though if you require more performance or airflow, consider Corsair fans which connect via USB and are more costly.

Consider this case fan from PCPartPicker. Besides, checking the selection page for top ratings and reputable manufacturers such as Cooler Master or Corsair is a good idea.
