Your speakers began producing a crackling noise after cleaning, so you removed Realtek Audio and reinstalled it. Now there is no audio left and you encounter this error.

attempted rollback driver which resolved the audio issue, yet the crackling sound persisted.

i reduced the speaker volume using the knob, which caused it to stop working
