In short, use the undervolting settings on your Lenovo Yoga 730-13IKB(i7-8550u) now. Since you can't locate the older BIOS (v1.11), BIOS flashback isn't an option. You might want to consider a new desktop or explore liquid metal cooling for the cooler.
