To find out if the Noctua's D15 cooler fits your motherboard, you can check the specifications listed on the board itself and compare them with the cooler's dimensions. You might also look at the links provided to confirm compatibility details.

G-skill mentions the aegis height as 31.2mm, but it's unclear whether this refers to the mobo or just the ram's height. Given how deep a slot is, even with a slight fan adjustment, it shouldn't pose a problem. The 750D cooler reaches up to 170mm, and the NH-D15 is at 165mm, so it should fit with a small margin for fan adjustment.

The CPU cooler should definitely fit your motherboard, so it's important to check if your case provides sufficient room for the cooler (maximum height allowed).

G-skill mentions the aegis height as 31.2mm, but it's unclear whether this refers to the mobo or just the ram's height. Given the slot's length, it shouldn't be a significant problem even if the fan needs a bit more space. The 750D cooler reaches up to 170mm, and the NH-D15 is at 165mm, so it should fit with a little extra room for the fan.
