I checked a 2013 Intel laptop that had issues after OS corruption and a faulty Windows 7 restore. It ran DDR3L SODIMM modules, and I wanted to confirm if XMP support was available.

thats a jedec 1600c11 stick so unlees the laptop allows adjusting the ram freq or you decide to put it in a desktop via a sodimm adapter you arent clocking it past 1600, obviously no xmp since its a jedec stick and i dont even know if ddr3 xmp sodimms chips are hynix 4gbit bfr indicated by the partnumber hmt451s6 bfr 8a apparently should be capable of 3000+ like the other 4gbit hynix chips though i doubt itd be as good as mfr
