I can't install Garuda Linux without CSM enabled. Without it the system doesn't recognize the disk in BIOS. I'm using Rufus to flash it with a GPT partition, and the setup insists on ISO/hybrid mode with DD mode forced.

With DD applied, are you implying the filesystem (using gpt) is replaced by Rufus or similar? Also, confirm you have an EFI System Partition saved on the drive, even if it appears as the sole partition when written as an ISO removable drive.
