Not possible to restore Windows 8.1 to its original configuration.
I began with my Windows from the start. I went to PC settings, Recovery and update. I selected to clean all data and begin fresh. I pressed the button and a message showed up. A few files were missing. Windows started downloading them (or something similar). The message remained for 20 minutes. Was I doing something wrong?
