I'm working with the identical BIOS version on my board. Activating DOCP and adjusting DRAM Timing Control reveals an interface that appears muted, yet entering values updates the settings.

Also note that reaching 4.2Ghz across all cores will require keeping the voltage under 1.45V; beyond that the VRM can't supply enough current, and unless you're using the EK Mono Block, the board will overheat. The heatsinks here are really inadequate.
