I really don't believe the issue is about resetting. Before that, there were only Discord and other services, and I didn't modify anything like the registry. Right now I'm planning to run a benchmark using Unigene.

It might work. If nothing else helps, a fresh install won’t do any harm. In either case, forcing the system back to its original state usually causes more damage than any benefit.
