after i press power button pc starts up with all components spinning at full speed yet no output appears and fans remain active without slowing down like during a typical boot. i attempted to reset the CMOS and verified all power connections are secure, everything seems normal. the system functioned perfectly just an hour ago; this issue occurred before but usually a CMOS reset resolves it. specs include ryzen 3600x, stock cooler, palit gp2070s, two 8gb 3200mhz ram asus x570-p motherboard and a deepcool dq750st psu.

Checked the postage stamps carefully. No need for a PC speaker—just listen to the beeps on the motherboard. The 570-P model doesn’t have a postcode display.

I’m not worried about swapping components except for the GPU. I was thinking about it anyway, but I just want to understand what’s behind the problem.

There aren't any diagnostic LEDs on the P. That's usually the simplest starting point. First, remove and reinsert the RAM to see if that helps. Next, try removing one stick of RAM and see if it resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, swap it out and test again. If everything fails, go through the same steps for the GPU, then the CPU. Please share your findings.

Thanks for the update. The placement of RAM in the slots was helpful. It seems like it might be a RAM-related problem rather than a motherboard one—just to confirm before replacing anything.

Test the RAM in the two grey slots once more. As shown in this photo. If it doesn't work, I'll assume the issue is with the motherboard.
