That’s a curious issue. Could you request a connection to his profile? It’s possible he’s using a different name.

Thanks for the updates. Getting him to add me was a hassle, honestly. It’s been happening for a while now. Yeah, it’s frustrating. Pretty much the same every time. I had to do it myself. Not great. Haha, no. The name at the top when he logs in is probably the same.
