I'm working on setting up a resizable bar on your BIOS, but it doesn't appear to be showing. Could it be related to your CPU? I've turned on 4G decoding and disabled CSM, which was already off. Your specs are: Windows 11, z390 pro4 motherboard, i5-9400f CPU, and RX 3060 GPU.
