I understand the radiator is a bit wider, giving you warmer results versus the H100i. Regarding the H105, does it work with Corsair Link software? You can still attempt to install it even if not officially supported.

@ legend8887 No, it's not possible. The device doesn't include the built-in firmware found with the H100i. That's why the "i" in the name. Any Corsair products with an "i" have Corsair Link support, similar to the AX860i PSU. I can track my PSU via the Corsair connection.

That seems odd. It would make sense if Corsair supported it, but they didn’t.

It's unclear why it wasn't included on the H105. It seems logical, but it didn't make it. Your choice is up if you see it as a trade-off. You might want to try other fan control programs.

Honestly, corsair link isn't really the best choice. If you're already thinking about getting an h100i because of the radiator size, then it's fine—but it shouldn't be marketed as a selling point. As someone who owns an H100i, I'd prefer to buy an H105 instead. Corsair links are usually unhelpful and often ignore the commands I give. For instance, my SP120 Quiet Edition won't respond to changes in speed settings no matter what I tell it to do. If size isn't an issue, just go with an H105.

Restraint sizes don’t matter since I’m aiming for the 750D, which fits the H105. I also prefer cooler temps and appreciate the appearance of the H105.
