I refreshed my computer and received a fresh MB, CPU, RAM, and PSU. The model is Asus Prime B550 with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G APU. It operates much more quietly than before. However, after installing the previous GPU (PowerColor R9 270 OC), it became very loud. I attempted using AMD's Adrenalin but found no fan control options and suspected the GPU was disabled. I also tried fanspeed settings and other methods, but none managed to adjust the GPU fans. It seems the BIOS lacks this feature or the motherboard doesn’t support it.
