Hello, I'm facing a big issue. Two weeks ago I purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 2 14" with built-in Bluetooth. Today I tried connecting my Bluetooth mouse to my laptop, but it didn't work. I discovered the PC isn't detecting any devices—neither my phone nor my mouse. Windows says it's working, but it keeps searching and still can't find anything. The drivers are installed, and since I bought the laptop with Windows 8.1, everything should be set up. Could you help me? LG Benjamin

Yes, there is a button on the mouse that enables the device to be found.

Verify the Device Manager is displaying Bluetooth devices. If not, remove and reinstall the drivers.
