I didn’t perform a complete system reset yesterday because I was dealing with several problems. After the reset, I couldn’t establish an internet connection—neither Wi-Fi nor Ethernet worked, so I couldn’t log into my Windows account. I tried a guide and managed to set up a profile in safe mode, but when it starts it shows an error saying the desktop profile isn’t reachable. I’m checking if a reload or another reset will help, but it automatically jumps into the profile on startup. I’m struggling to access troubleshooting tools since they launch immediately after setup. Please help, I’m stuck with my PC ;-;
This refers to completely erasing your storage device and starting fresh with Windows, which doesn't alter the existing drive settings.
