Hey there, I see you're struggling with Exodus. It sounds like you're facing some access issues in the crafting menu and having to restart the game multiple times. Have you checked if the game cache is intact or tried reinstalling through Steam? Also, are others experiencing similar problems that they've managed to resolve?

Which expedition are you participating in? As recalled, accessing certain areas requires the backpack and tasks that must be completed on crafting stations or during missions.

I was thinking about whether that might be the problem. The main point is when we haven't reached the bridge yet, I had to visit the train station to retrieve the passenger cart.

It seems your choices are still quite restricted at this stage. I don’t remember having many options there. A crafting table should be nearby in a small hut or house, close to the train or bridge, and it would be protected by an electro-ball at night. Of course, it also depends on the weapon mods you’ve discovered so far—early on there aren’t many available.

(Added note: When someone is defeated, you should have the ability to exchange your weapon with theirs or take its parts. It’s usually best to take the parts for collection, rather than just swapping it.)

You can't continue until you get the passenger car back to Aurora.

I typically combine a stealth approach with a medium to long-range weapon and a shotgun for close encounters. This ensures you always have an alternative if the stealth fails.
