I encountered the same problem. I launched Ryzen Master, selected Advanced View, and then pressed Reset in the lower left corner to fix it.

I've only encountered 6C/12T settings before using Ryzen Master in Legacy or Gaming mode. Right now I can't look since I'm outside. You should visit the BIOS settings to check.
