I recently purchased a Ryzen 9 3900x and when I visited Cinebench R20 to test it, it reported a 12-core processor. Underneath, the details listed only 6 cores with a GHz value. Using HWMonitor, it displayed voltages, GHz, and temperatures for just the 6 cores. I downloaded HWMonitor and confirmed it showed only the 6-core information. Clearing BIOS didn’t help. In Resource Monitor, it still reflected all 12 cores. I’ve attached screenshots of Cinebench and HWMonitor for your reference.

It seems some of your cores are not recognized in the BIOS settings. The resource monitor should display 24 cores when all are active and SMT is turned on.

Hello, thank you. The resource monitor indicates six cores are active, but it seems one CCD is disabled. Could you tell me the motherboard model you're using? Have you installed any BIOS updates recently? Also, please replace HWmonitor with HWiNFO for better monitoring.

I modified the bios but didn’t see any changes when checking the CCD settings—it only displayed CCD 1. I have a Ryzen Master.

Have you tried Ryzen Master? When you activate Game Mode it disables the CCD. Alternatively, with Profile 1 or 2 you can achieve this by switching on Active CCD Mode in the cores settings.
