Hello, I just upgraded my CPU from i5 8600 to i5 11600KF but still maintaining 100fps to 120fps. I believe it should perform better. I've already done the optimizations and adjusted settings such as game mode, NVIDIA control panel, and in-game graphics.

Build:
Asus ROG STRIX b560-F Gaming Wifi
i5 11600KF
MSI RTX 3070 3x Ventus OC
2x8GB DDR4 3200mhz
Corsair VS650
DeepCool GAMMAXX L240 A-RGB
4tb HDD
250GB SSD

And...uh...that PSU? You're using a 3070 and a new Intel CPU with a low-cost power supply meant for simple setups.

There is a distinction between restarting Windows and performing a full reset. Was it a complete setup, erasing the disk and using the installation disk?

If your operating system is on an SSD, you shouldn't need to reformat the other HDD.

It would be best if you reinstalled your programs and games.
