Not able to start Windows from any device.
My PC has been crashing randomly since I set it up, as if everything would stop except the mouse and sound, it just kept running until I reset it. I spent many days updating, installing, uninstalling, etc. I ran various memory tests and it failed, so I replaced the RAM and everything worked for a day. In the event viewer there were critical errors, related to drivers. I checked the driver verifier, restarted the computer and encountered a BSOD followed by a restart.
When I power off the PC several times, the automatic repair screen appears and stays on for hours without any action. I created a bootable Windows USB drive and tried it, but once the window logo appeared it didn’t move past it. The little spinning dots kept going around endlessly.
I tested multiple bootable USB drives, none worked. I’m now considering a clean install on a spare hard drive, but I can’t even reach that point. I only need a safe mode, but I’m stuck at that screen and really stuck.
complete system specifications available. The PSU is from the specified brand and model.

ASUS TRX-40 Pro S Mobo
GeForce RTX 3080
128GB G.Skill RAM
1,000 Watt PSU

Built it during the pandemic, it functions excellently until it fails.
Ensure the RAM speed is capped at 3200mt/s in the BIOS, turn off any xmp or expo features. If the system has operated for many years with faster RAM than this limit, the controller could be damaged and you may need to reduce the RAM speed further below 3200 to restore functionality.
Disconnect the disk and check if there is any difference during startup from the flash drive.
SOLVED!!!! I unplugged a Samsung SSD used for media storage, and it immediately booted into Windows. No more problems. It's strange how a non-essential drive can cause such issues.
It's accurate that it could have been a non-critical drive, but the system will complain loudly if it detects any problems during startup. As soon as I saw you mentioned having all the drives active, I knew where I should begin. Good luck with your setup!
