Not able to reach the default gateway?

I've been attempting to access my default gateway by entering its address in the search bar. I've double-checked that I've entered the correct details multiple times. I've restarted the router, flushed the DNS, turned off all firewalls, but still can't connect. I have a TDS Telecom Modem.

Is this the sole equipment you're employing? It seems you lack a router such as an ASUS or TP-Link, among others. Consider accessing the public IP address instead of the internal one.

Check the router/modem documentation for instructions.
Visit http://192.168.0.1.
If not found, open a command prompt and type ipconfig to see the default gateway.

When attempting to log in, what occurs if the login fails? Please describe any error messages, pop-up windows, etc. Also, provide screenshots if available.
