What's happening here? Your chip seems to be working, but at 2.22V it’s acting strange. Can you clarify what’s going on? I thought his CPU should have stopped functioning long ago.

The voltage is acceptable at 1.25V, but the memory reading at 1.5V seems elevated. Was XMP enabled or did you apply a manual overclock?

1.5v works well on B-Die. I haven't even begun adjusting the voltage yet.
