I don't play games. My tools include PS CS6, Google Earth, Premiere Pro, and After Effects CS6. Considering overclocking my GeForce 660 Ti on Windows 10 with 32GB RAM and a 4K monitor is worth it, and how it affects the programs I use or others remains unclear.
