NOT A FAN
NOT A FAN
I don't know how to adjust fan speeds using IQ software. The settings you're getting—fans speeding up or slowing down randomly—suggest the tool isn't working as intended. It seems like the software might not be providing the control you expect, especially with the options it offers.
Avoid using BIOS for updates because modern systems often require more advanced methods like USB or cloud-based tools. The traditional approach is limited in flexibility and speed compared to newer solutions.
It's a disappointment that GPU manufacturers don't provide a common register for the BIOS to access GPU temperatures. I prefer fans managed by the power management system over the operating system, especially since Linux doesn't work well in that setup.
I head to download fan control and now for another test: which one? Do you realize we’re not all the same? I don’t know if I have tekkys or a basic setup, all I know is I’m using Windows 11. Just pick a simple option—second thoughts, who made this software? Consider the developer's responsibility in delivering software. While not everyone is comfortable with technology, many won’t need to adjust settings through complicated third-party tools.
They seem to be trying to accommodate everyone, but I still can't find clear guidance on what I should have selected. I prefer straightforward options like Windows 10 or later, and for older versions I want that specific choice. I don’t enjoy adjusting fan controls unless it affects performance, and the Corsair app doesn’t work well for me.
