Hey everyone, I've observed some performance changes when keeping my R5 2600 at normal CPU levels. I experience input lag, registration delays, and stutters during GPU usage above 95%, with FPS around 90. Switching to high CPU usage made the game run smoother—registration worked again, dropped kills by ten, and GPU usage dropped to about 60%. At roughly 50% CPU, FPS climbed to 110. Could there be a reason for these shifts?

Normal CPU usage refers to typical performance levels, while high CPU usage indicates excessive demand. You're asking about these definitions and their placement in the document.
