Intel Core i7-4500U CPU runs at 1.80GHz and 2.40GHz with 2 cores and 4 threads. RAM capacity is 8 GB (7.89 GB available). AMD Radeon R9 M200X has been in use for roughly six years. Current benchmark results are significantly below expectations; improvements are needed to boost performance.

The only R23 test I found rates the CPU at 1,266. Your model seems to match that level. It’s likely underperforming because of factors like software issues, incorrect benchmarks, or hardware limitations.

The 4500U has a 15W TDP rating. It is built to reduce performance and slow down to stay under 15W. https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...0-ghz.html Some Dell laptops experience throttling issues. Run a log file while testing with Cinebench. Share some screenshots of the FIVR and TPL windows. I notice throttling problems unique to Dell laptops that aren’t always fixable. The CPU here behaves differently from your 9750H. Intel’s U-series CPUs are low power, so you won’t be able to heavily undervolt them—perhaps around -50 mV before instability occurs. I’ll send more advice once you provide additional details.
