Regardless of the game I choose, MSI Afterburner and RTSS indicate my system never hits a stable 60 FPS, even though my hardware exceeds recommended specs. My frame rates vary between 14ms and 21ms, even when VSync is enabled. This isn’t usually noticeable, but in online multiplayer—especially fast-paced fighting games—it can hurt opponents by introducing stutters or missed inputs. I’m using an Nvidia RTX 3060TI with an i5 10600k processor, and Afterburner doesn’t show any unusual performance issues. I’m unsure how to fix this and would appreciate any advice.

For a cap of 60 frames per second, apply the fps limiter. If the game runs below 60, consider lowering the resolution or simplifying details.

Despite using the smallest resolutions and graphics options, performance remains inconsistent at 60. In optimal conditions: At minimal settings: Overlook the early surge, it mainly comes from pressing the alt key.

What components are you considering? Motherboard and RAM?

I've been working on testing since I realized the issue started.

XMP is active. You might want to turn it off if you'd like. I've helped resolve similar problems before.

It seems unclear what you're referring to. The phrase "Solid 60 FPS" might not guarantee perfect consistency, as performance can vary.
