Hi. System specs are 9600x9060, 16GB DDR5, 32GB NAND, 2TB NVMe SSD, Gigabyte B850, Wi-Fi 6E, M.2 slot, Antec C5 RM750E Aqua Elite V4. I avoided an AIO case and made sure all cables are properly connected. Tested only the monitor—it works fine. Tried GPU and Intel UHD, all connectors secure. RAM and CPU are firmly installed. CPU LED is on but I swapped it out without success; CMOS cleared. Still can't verify GPU or RAM functionality since this is my first serious attempt at building a PC. I'm not sure if I should proceed with the only RAM-CPU test unless it's a last resort. I'm thinking about returning everything, but I'm uncertain. Thanks a lot for your help—it really means a lot to me.

I determined the BIOS version by checking the system's boot menu or using diagnostic tools that list hardware specifications.

Yes, I receive feedback from fans and LEDs. Debugging the LEDs is part of the process.

It was an assumption based on the information I discovered.

I switched the CPU and motherboard, but the problem stayed the same—it was still a motherboard issue since the CPU was overheating. Previously, it worked perfectly.
