Psu:
Corsair - CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
CPU: AMD - FX-8350 4 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: AMD - Wraith Max 55.78 CFM CPU Cooler
GPU: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 980 4 GB WINDFORCE Video Card
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+
Case: Rosewill - REDBONE U3 ATX Mid Tower Case
RAM: Kingston - HyperX Fury Blue 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3-1600
Regarding overclocking, I'm unsure if it's possible or if a larger PSU is necessary.
Overclock settings for GPU:
Power Limit(%): 125
Temp. Limit(C°): 91
Core Clock: +270
Memory Clock: +450
When using Heaven Benchmark, the start screen blacks and I lose progress halfway through, requiring a full restart.
If you can assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

You require a more powerful PSU for that configuration, particularly during overclocking. This unit works well with efficient components but isn't suitable for power-hungry parts at high-end levels. In the meantime, lower the core and memory clock speeds on the GPU. This might cause instability because of the change.

Sure, here are some PSU suggestions including a sufficiently large one.

This part meets the required power needs for a GTX 980 at stock, with extra capacity suggested for overclocking parts.
