After the recent software update that introduced WhatApp, I’ve realized Bluetooth isn’t showing up in the settings menu anymore. This means I can’t manage connected devices anymore. I’m reaching out to everyone and hoping someone can raise awareness and help fix this issue.

This appears to be a unique issue based on the search results. It seems like a software update or hardware fault, so consider resetting the device and checking if it improves. If that doesn’t help, you may need to flash the firmware manually using your computer. I don’t have enough information to guide you through that process.

No! I have no idea how to obtain the files for flashing it either. Although I could attempt what you suggested about a factory reset, I don’t really want to back up or restore my data since things might be lost. It could be the only option, so I’ll need to consider that. Thanks again for your assistance—it means a lot.
