Main title: Device Settings Auto-React When Mic Active
Every time the mic is used, the settings reset automatically. You’ll notice they’re off, but the Enhancement tab can bring them back on. I believe a script would help keep them off.

The noise suppression and related settings are part of a driver function. This might stem from a Realtek issue visible in your screenshot, possibly due to a driver problem that fails to retain state. Alternatively, a software setting might enable it. The "Allow application to take exclusive control" option doesn't guarantee changes—it simply lets apps or games become the sole audio source or receiver, helping minimize latency. It might be due to driver mistakes or an unnoticed setting affecting the issue.
