I own a PC equipped with an AMD Athlon 3000G 3.5 GHz AM4 processor, 8GB DDR4 2400 MHZ single channel Kingston memory, Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti Rog Strix graphics card, Seasonic S12II 520W 80 Plus bronze case, Cooler Master CM590 III, stock AMD cooler, Windows 10 Home 64 bits, 2 TB WD Caviar Blue 7200 RPM drive, and an ASUS Prime A320M-K AM4 case. My CPU temperatures range from 30°C to 52°C, while my GPU stays between 30°C and 55°C. I checked the power supply, hard drive, graphics card, RAM, and other components; the issue persists. The PSU, cooling system, and motherboard are functioning normally. My previous PC had similar problems but no noise, using an AMD Athlon 2000G and identical parts. The motherboard doesn’t seem to be the source, and the RAM remains unchanged. The chip itself isn’t the problem—my concern is the cooler’s performance. I’ve tried adjusting its speed in BIOS, but the noise either decreased or intensified. This is quite bothersome, especially since my old system had no such issue.

My other system runs an AMD Athlon 200GE at 3.2 GHz on an AM4 motherboard. It has an ASUS Prime A320M-K AM4 motherboard, 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz RAM, a Seasonic S12II case with 520 watts cooling, and a 1TB WD Caviar Blue 7200 RPM drive. The system uses Windows 10 Pro 64 bits. I don’t have any sound output yet. The AMD Athlon 3000G tends to be quite noisy, so I’ve switched to a different cooler in the past.

It might be the GPU's coil whine or another part causing the issue. That’s probably the main reason, and there’s no real solution to fix it.
