Hello, I understand you're experiencing loud GPU fans after upgrading to the 3050. You might want to check the fan speed settings or adjust them through your graphics card settings. If the issue persists, consider cleaning the fans or consulting the manufacturer's support for further assistance.

Use MSI Afterburner to adjust the fan curve. You might also try undervolting later (not underclocking).

You're experiencing high noise levels from your fan, making it hard to use devices. Try leaving the computer idle for 20 minutes to see if the noise decreases. If it doesn't, consider checking fan settings or contacting support for further assistance.

I notice your supporters at 32%. They should run quietly at low speed. Are you certain the GPU fans are the issue? Edited August 13, 2023 by leclod

I verified and modified my other fans in BIOS, setting them to silent mode and PWC. It’s now quiet, so I initially thought it was a GPU problem since I just replaced the GPU five hours ago.

You loaded into Assassin's Creed but it reset to maximum again. Try checking your settings or restarting the game if that happens.

I started my investigation to understand what’s happening. It seems only one fan on the GPU is functioning, while the CPU fan is running at full speed. After your adjustments, what should I do next?

Ensure you have the correct details. What makes a fan noisy? Is it the CPU or GPU fans? Do both spin eventually? Why does the CPU fan make noise? What shape is its curve? Updated August 13, 2023 by leclod

It seems one of your GPU fans wasn<|pad|>, I found a SATA connector blocking it. Once cleared, both fans spun up normally. The CPU and system fans were already running at standard speeds. I tested AC Origins, but now there’s no noise and both GPU fans are working. Trying other games should help confirm everything is fine.
