Thought CPU didn't capture coil whine but has recently experienced clock watchdog timeout. The system has remained stable for over five years without problems. Running the cores at 4GHz (previously 4.6) seems to work sometimes, though other times it crashes. The sound appears to come from the CPU bracket, not the GPU or water loop. Yes, this sound could indicate a power delivery circuit issue.
