I'm experiencing issues that produce a buzzing, high-pitched sound coming from the components. It's audible inside my headphones. The noise intensifies with higher frame rates in games and changes when moving the mouse. I've reinstalled both new and old drivers without success. The setup includes an RTX 3070, ROG Strix B450-F, B450-B450 RGB PSU, and Corsair CX750F.

Avoid using the front audio connectors on a damaged case. Connect the headphones to the rear. Use a quality sound card such as a USB sound card or an AMP/DAC instead of cheap alternatives.

I used the HyperX Cloud Alpha and tried it with various headphones; the buzzing came through both the front and back ports, though the back had a stronger effect.

If the rear is making noise, it suggests grounding problems. Are your connectors correctly grounded? Also, that Creative "DAC" is essentially a budget Chinese USB sound card housed in a Creative package—think of something like the FiiO E10K.

It could be the motherboard is making contact with the case; try re-seating it to check if the issue resolves.
