The issue should appear in the software monitoring system. Is there a tool such as HWInfo64 that displays the pump's RPM?

I checked my bios, it consistently shows about 4000 rpm for the pump. The coolant flow is also noticeable, which I could sense by touching the hose.

The cooler isn't likely the problem; it may be related to how well water evaporates through the cooler walls. This usually happens over several years with regular use and correct installation. Could you tell me the age of the cooler and the position of the radiator?
