Good afternoon everyone!
I purchased my Noblechairs HERO gaming chair in January this year. After a couple of months, the armrests started to loosen. Now it feels like it was bought from a flea market.
You can see the situation here:
For Noblechairs users, have you experienced this issue before? Should I request replacement parts or accept it as is? By examining the mechanism in those armrests, it seems likely they will remain the same after two months, whether I decide to replace them or not.
Thanks!

You've discovered that all gaming chairs are essentially worthless. That's just a scam designed to steal your money. It's better to buy a decent office chair from Staples for about $180.

I've used many chairs, but they all fall short in comfort. No matter what you do to your existing chair, it will eventually become worn out and useless.

The right choice would be the Union & Scale™ FlexFit Dexley Mesh Task Chair, Black (UN56946) from Staples. It's a great option.

It might just be the screws that are loose, haven't you verified? Consider reaching out to their support.
